    Terms and Conditions for Sunday Harlem Gospel Tours

    Thank you for your interest in Sunday Harlem Gospel Tours! Please read these Terms carefully before booking a Tour. By booking a Tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Booking and Payment

    • To book a Tour, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
    • You can book a Tour online through our website or by contacting us directly.
    • All bookings are subject to availability.
    • You will receive a confirmation of availability as soon as you make your reservation and a request for payment one week before the tour begins.
    • Full payment is required at least 48 hours before the start of the tour. We accept payment by credit card or debit card.
    • All prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

    2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • You may cancel your Tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will not be refunded.
    • If you do not show up for your Tour, you will not be refunded.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any Tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or tour guide availability. In the event of such a cancellation, we will offer you a full refund or reschedule your Tour for another date.

    3. Modifications and Changes

    • We reserve the right to modify the Tour itinerary, schedule, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
    • We will endeavor to notify you of any such changes as soon as possible.
    • If you are not satisfied with any changes made to the Tour, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund.

    4. Disclaimer of Warranties

    • THE TOUR IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
    • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE TOUR WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.
    • WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON OUR WEBSITE OR DURING THE TOUR.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    • WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE TOUR, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
    • YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE TOUR IS TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AND RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

    6. Indemnification

    • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Tour.

    7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
    • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in New York City, New York.
